Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, comprising Real Money and any Bonus Funds applicable at any given time.

Account Eligibility

Access to the Platform and the right to open an Account are subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your use of the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform. This policy applies regardless of the device, IP address, browser, or payment method used.

3.4 Prohibition on Minors

If you are the parent or guardian of a minor who has accessed the Platform without your knowledge, you must notify ikaya88 customer support immediately at [email protected]. We will take prompt steps to close the Account and return any eligible funds. We strongly recommend the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites for minors.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

Any change in your name, address, contact details, or payment method must be communicated to our support team promptly. ikaya88 may suspend an Account where discrepancies between account information and KYC documentation are identified.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree that you:

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ikaya88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT are also supported. The availability of specific payment methods may change at the Platform's discretion.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although higher-tier deposit thresholds may apply for certain payment channels. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for most e-wallet and bank transfer options. ikaya88 does not charge deposit processing fees, although your payment provider may impose their own charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus; (c) Account being in good standing with no active disputes or compliance holds; and (d) withdrawal amount not exceeding your available Real Money balance. 6.5 Declined Withdrawals

Bonuses & Promotions

ikaya88 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer applies once per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Common wagering multipliers range from 10x to 20x depending on the specific promotion.
• During periods when a Bonus Balance is active, a maximum bet limit typically applies (generally MYR 250–500 per round or wager). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute 10% to 20%.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in forfeiture and account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market and game type. For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other competitions — bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. For live dealer casino games, the outcome of each round as recorded by the Platform's system constitutes the final result.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled automatically by the Platform's systems upon completion of the relevant event or game round. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the recorded data in the Platform's server logs shall constitute the definitive record. ikaya88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of its settlement systems, but is not liable for losses arising from technical errors where such errors are promptly identified and corrected.

8.3 Voided Bets

ikaya88 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were published due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake; (b) an event was cancelled, postponed, or otherwise did not take place as scheduled; (c) the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity violations; or (d) applicable rules of the relevant governing sporting body require a void. Voided bets are refunded to the user's Account Balance.

8.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum single-event payout limits apply to all betting markets and vary by sport and market type. The applicable maximum payout for each market is displayed within the bet placement interface. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will not be processed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing Platform policies or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with betting markets or casino games.
• Exploiting any identified error, loophole, or technical vulnerability in the Platform's software for personal financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other approach specifically designed to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation.
• Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity (money laundering).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users in poker or other multi-player games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating any other individual or entity in communications with the Platform.
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ikaya88 brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, page layouts, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to ikaya88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ikaya88.

Any unauthorised use of ikaya88's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by ikaya88.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ikaya88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Interruption to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game information, or promotional content.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain Account security.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ikaya88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by ikaya88

ikaya88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) ikaya88 is required to do so for legal or compliance reasons; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC. Upon closure for breach, ikaya88 may forfeit any or all funds held in the Account.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of your request, ikaya88 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified Real Money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding compliance hold. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons, please refer to Section 14 below and contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be requested for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently.

Privacy & Data

Where resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits ikaya88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court where urgently required to protect its legitimate business interests, including the prevention of fraudulent activity.
